SI Blue is a standard thin-to-medium viscosity agent suited for general bonding tasks. SI Black is a thicker formula offering greater flow control for precision or overhead applications. SI Green is ultra-thin and specifically formulated to penetrate and repair hairline cracks. All three viscosities are available across most Tech-Bond kit lines, allowing users to select the best match for their specific repair.

Each Professional Kit includes an SI Bonding Agent (choice of Blue, Black, or Green), Poly Prep surface preparation solution, Activator/Accelerator, a Filler for gap reinforcement, and a Debonder for clean removal if needed. This complete system covers every stage of the bonding lifecycle, from surface activation through permanent bond formation and, if required, controlled debonding.

All Tech-Bond bonding agents and kits should be stored in a refrigerator to achieve the longest possible shelf life. Before use, the product should be brought back to room temperature. Proper cold storage preserves the chemical integrity of the bonding agent and prevents premature curing, ensuring consistent performance when you need it most.

Tech Patch and Tech Wrap Kits are available in seven standard widths: 2", 3", 4", 5", 6", 9", and 12". Each width accommodates multiple variants for specific repair applications on metal pipes, metal tanks, and PVC pipes. Pricing scales with width, ranging from $25.95 for a 2" patch up to $296.95 for a 12" patch configuration.

Tech-Bond kits — particularly the Professional Kits — are designed for both field and shop use. The kits have been proven in extreme conditions such as the repair of a 78-inch HDPE pipe in Abu Dhabi.
