To remove bonded glue, apply Tech-Bond's Debonder directly to the cured adhesive or bonded joint. Wipe or scrape away the softened adhesive after the solvent has had time to act. For fully bonded joints, immersion in acetone enables complete separation. The Debonder also effectively cleans residue from tools, workspaces, and skin.

WD-40 can loosen some light adhesive residues but is not designed as a precision adhesive remover and is ineffective on cured, high-strength polymer bonds. For reliable removal of cured bonding agents — especially on engineered polymers like HDPE, PTFE, or Delrin — Tech-Bond's Debonder is specifically engineered for clean, controlled, material-safe removal.
