Glue Everything – Poly Kits – Bond Plastic (polymers)

Poly Kits provide you, hands down, the best glue for everything.  By using chemistry, you can create strong, clean bonds on hard-to-bond surfaces—such as PTFE, nylon, silicone rubber, HDPE, and polypropylene. Each kit includes a Bonding Agent (0-5, a110 or 1500cP), the Poly Prep to condition polymer surfaces, and our essential catalyst, the Activator/Accelerator. For plastcs, you have to use a heat source, usually a heat gun or hair dryer, to execute our patented Polymer Bonding Process “the Process”..

We offer three choices of viscosity for our Bonding Agents

• The ultra-thin SI Green (0 – 5 cP) formula spreads rapidly, for wicking to penetrate hairline cracks. 

• Our top seller, the standard viscosit,y SI Blue (100 cP), providing both control and spreadability.

• The stay-where-you-put it, SI Black (1500 cP) , a thicker viscosity for control.

Uses

Applied properly, bonds are permanent. They resist stress, heat, weathering, moisture, and many chemicals. 

This kit is ideal when you need clean, accurate bonding—whether in the field or in the shop.

• 10 or 14 ml of SI adhesive
• .5 ounce of Catalyst
• .75 ounce of Poly Prep

Poly Kit

• 20 gm or 1 oz of SI adhesive
• 1 ounce of Catalyst
• 1.5 ounce of Poly Prep

Poly Plus Kit

• 2 ounces of SI adhesive
• 2 ounces of Catalyst
• 80 ml of Poly Prep

Ultra Poly Kit

• 8 ounces of SI adhesive
• 8 ounces of Catalyst
• 250 ml of Poly Prep

Ultimate Poly Kit

• 16 oz of SI adhesive
• 8 ounces of Catalyst
• 250 ml Poly Prep
