TPRS - The Tech Patch Repair System
The Tech-Patch Repair System (TPRS) is Tech-Bond’s field-proven solution for permanently repairing damaged pipes and tanks. TPRS can successfully repair HDPE, polypropylene, nylon, steel and other metal tanks and pipes. TPRS uses PTFE coated E-glass fabric, the best high tech material available, or its patches and wraps so your repair will survive in even the harshest of environments.
Each TPRS kit includes a Tech Patch(es) or a Tech Wrap(s) along with the amount of the SI Black Bonding Agent and the Performance Tools needed to apply the patch or wrap using Tech-Bond’s patented Polymer Bonding Process™. The result is a chemical, fuel, and heat-resistant seal that outperforms traditional composite wraps. Finally, TPRS is the only system that can reliably bond to HDPE and similar polymers without welding and/or mechanical fasteners.
SI Black is being used because it is our thickest Bonding Agent providing you the needed control to apply your patch correctly. SI Black is clear and dries clear. Please store your kit is refrigerator to maximize the service life of the adhesive. Bring the adhesive back to room temperature before you take the cap off.

Blue, Black or Green | Choose the best viscosity for your task.
SI Blue
SI Blue is our “standard” viscosity, a thin-medium. SI Blue is not overly runny.
SI Black
When you need more control, use SI Black, our thicker viscosity.
SI Green
Use SI Green when you have to repair hairlines cracks. It is ultra-thin.
For the longest shelf-life (usable life) of your SI Bonding Agent, store in a refrigerator. Bring back to room temperature to use.
