Return & Refund Policy
Tech-Bond Global is committed to providing quality products and responsive customer service. Because many Tech-Bond products include bonding agents, primers, accelerators, and other chemical products, returns must meet the conditions described below.
10-Day Return Policy
We accept eligible returns requested within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be new, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
Products that have been opened, used, mixed, applied, altered, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Tech-Bond Global promptly.
We will work with you to resolve the problem and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Please retain the product and its packaging until we have reviewed the issue. Because some Tech-Bond products are classified or shipped as chemical products, do not ship a product back to us unless Tech-Bond Global provides return instructions.
Non-Defective Returns
We accept returns of non-defective products within the 10-day return period provided that the products are new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Before returning any product, please contact Tech-Bond Global for return authorization and shipping instructions.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges of eligible products within the 10-day return period.
Products submitted for exchange must be new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the exchange involves a product that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please contact us before shipping any product back to Tech-Bond Global.
Return Shipping
Approved returns may be made by mail after receiving return instructions from Tech-Bond Global.
Because some of our products contain chemical materials that may be subject to shipping requirements, customers should not independently mail or ship chemical products back to Tech-Bond Global without first receiving return instructions from us.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for approved return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by Tech-Bond Global.
If the product was defective, damaged in shipment, or incorrectly supplied, Tech-Bond Global will provide instructions for resolving the matter.
Restocking Fees
Tech-Bond Global does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment.
Approved refunds are generally processed by Tech-Bond Global within 4 days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return results from an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by Tech-Bond Global.
Holiday Return Extension
For eligible orders placed between December 1, 2026 and January 30, 2027, the return period is extended to 30 days.
All other eligibility requirements in this policy continue to apply, including the requirement that non-defective products be new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Chemical Product Returns
Some Tech-Bond products include chemicals, bonding agents, primers, or related materials that may be subject to transportation or shipping restrictions.
For safety and regulatory reasons, do not return chemical products without first contacting Tech-Bond Global and receiving return instructions.
Depending upon the product and circumstances, Tech-Bond Global may determine that physically returning the product is unnecessary or inappropriate. We will provide instructions after reviewing the return request.
