Every Permanent Repair Begins with a Solid Foundation.
Surface repairs often restore appearance. Permanent repairs restore the system.
Poly Fill™ was developed to rebuild damaged geometry, eliminate voids, provide structural support for reinforcement systems, and create a continuous engineered interface before the final repair is applied. By rebuilding the foundation first, subsequent repair technologies perform as an integrated system rather than as individual products.
Most repair systems begin by covering the damage. Poly Fill™ begins by rebuilding it. On this page, you’ll discover why reconstructing damaged geometry, eliminating hidden voids, and creating a continuous engineered foundation are critical to achieving long-term structural performance. Poly Fill™ applies the principles of additive engineering in the field, rebuilding damaged geometry so the repair system begins with a restored foundation rather than a compromised surface.

Founder’s Insight
Early in my career, I realized that many repairs failed for the same reason buildings fail—you can’t build a permanent structure on a weak foundation.
We often focused on the outer repair while leaving damaged geometry, hidden voids, and moisture pathways underneath. The repair looked complete, but the conditions that caused the failure were still there.
Poly Fill™ was developed to change that.
Instead of simply covering the damage, we rebuild the original engineering profile and create the foundation for the entire repair system. Much like additive manufacturing builds a part layer by layer, Poly Fill™ reconstructs damaged infrastructure in the field, restoring the geometry needed for long-term performance.
I believe permanent repairs don’t begin with the final protective layer.
They begin with rebuilding the foundation.
