Need to glue PTFE or HDPE> The Deluxe Kit is our most comprehensive bonding system, engineered for professionals who need maximum flexibility and performance in the field or in the shop. Bonds any polymer, PTFE, HDPE, silicone rubber, nylon, polypropylene, Delrin, etc.

Each kit that glues PTFE and other polymers includes:

SI Bonding Agent (All three viscosities):
- SI Green (ultra-thin, 0–5 cP) for wicking into tight seams
- SI Blue (medium, 100 cP) for controlled general bonding
- SI Black (thick, 1500 cP) for filling small gaps and precise application
Poly Prep:
Our surface etch designed specifically for polymers. Poly Prep chemically alters the surface at the molecular level, making permanent bonding possible—especially on low-energy materials like HDPE, PP, and PTFE.
Activator/Accelerator:
A fast-reacting catalyst that initiates the exothermic chemical reaction behind the Polymer Bonding Process. Just a small amount applied over the bonding agent will trigger rapid, permanent bonding.
Filler:
A lightweight, high-strength additive that reinforces joints and fills minor imperfections or voids. Ideal for field applications where uniform surface contact may be difficult.
